Jim founded Vinings Mortgage and has managed the business since its inception on April 3, 2000. In September of 2008 he partnered with Bank of England Mortgage, which is family owned bank founded in England, Arkansas in 1898. Jim grew up and attended both high school and college with the banks executive team so it was a natural fit and one that allows his employees and customers access to big bank products and service while still maintaining a small company feel.He has been married to his wife Tracie for over 19 years and has enjoyed coaching his children Callie and Drew over the past 13 years in various sports such as baseball, basketball, softball and soccer. Jim is a past-president of the Smyrna Business Association, Atlanta Chapter of the Arkansas Alumni Association and the Smyrna Area Council of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he has served on the board of the Emory-Adventist Hospital Foundation, Enable, William Park Neighbors and Super Smyrna. Jim is passionate about our local schools and is currently the education chairman of the Smyrna Business Association and vice-president of the Campbell High School Education Foundation.
